We charge $10 per order for ground shipping in the USA.

All items are shipped from our warehouse in North Carolina.

Returns

Items may be returned or exchanged within 14 days of purchase. All returned items must be in new, original, clean, unworn condition with all tags and packaging. All returns must have a copy of your original invoice. Please specify whether you need a refund or exchange. While we do not charge a re-stocking fee, returns must be returned postage pre-paid. COD returns will not be accepted. Shipping charges are not refundable. Held USA reserves the right to accept or deny any returned items.
