Held products, when purchased in the United States, are warranted to be free from defects in materials and workmanship, for a period of one year from the date of purchase, by the original buyer.

Items with crash damage, neglected, abused, failure due to improper care or excessive wear are not covered by warranty.

Items will be inspected and repaired or replaced at the discretion of Held USA. Return the item(s), with a copy of the original dated sales receipt to:

The defective product; complete, including both gloves, all parts or pieces for any item, including armor, straps, rain covers, etc.

A copy of the original dated purchase invoice.

A note describing the problem with the item.

Held USA now offers glove repairs, including crash damage repair.Gloves are inspected and an estimate given before any work is performed.

Basic inspection fees are $5.00. Typical return shipping charges are $10.00. Repair charges are based on time, materials and the complexity of repairs required. Minimum repair charges begin at $25 and include the inspection fee.
